We strongly believe in the benefits of Yoga so additional class times have been added to our timetable to meet the needs of our growing membership.


Class Descriptions


BOXING FITNESS

High intensity workout class for all fitness levels. Our focus is on technique, overall fitness, endurance and enjoying the workout.
 

CIRCUIT TRAINING 

A dynamic class based on years of military service and training to give you complete body conditioning. We mix it up and keep it different each week. This session can include body weight, battle ropes, weights, kettlebells, tyres, slam balls and much more....
 

HIIT (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING)

This class is one of the best ways to burn fat, improve endurance and increase strength. Achievable for any fitness level, we employ varied methods and techniques to reach your fitness goals.


MUSCLE MONDAY/Strength

This is functional weights training in a controlled environment. With an emphasis on increasing bone density and muscle strength, this is a class for all ages and levels of ability.


STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

A fantastic combination of cardio training and functional weights training. Great for strengthening bones and muscles.
 

SUPER SATURDAY WOD

It could be HIIT, circuit, body weight or strength! It is endurance and it will challenge you...a great start for the weekend.
 

Align & Flow YOGA

Vinyasa Yoga for everyone! From Yoga Stretch to our Yoga Flow classes, we have yoga to suit all abilities and ages! Enjoy our experienced teachers as they take you on a journey using spirit, mind and body. Please see our Yoga Page for more details.
